HOW IT WORKS

SELLING PROPERTY OFF-MARKET

The key difference between an off-market property sale and the property sale offered by estate agents is that we do not advertise on the open market. Instead, we require an exclusivity period during which the property is appraised and introduced directly to our database of investors, or, depending on the asset, to select investors only. 

 

To support your asking price, we request that vendors provide us with all relevant information, including the latest available valuation and any evidence of comparable sold properties. Where these are unavailable, we can assist you in obtaining them. Following a successful buyer introduction, we will progress your sale until legal completion. The seller fee, which is calculated as a percentage of the final sale price, becomes payable upon exchange of contracts.
